Whether you are looking for 1:1, group, or hybrid coaching, I have packages that will meet your needs.
Monthly pricing is $500. This includes: two 1:1 sessions per month, unlimited texts and emails for support and urgent mini-sessions if required.
3-month 1:1 coaching is $1500. This includes: two 1:1 sessions per month, unlimited texts and emails for support, and urgent mini-sessions if required
6-month & longer packages available
Group coaching rates dependent on sessions currently being offered. Custom group sessions also available.
Hybrid coaching rates includes a combination of group and 1:1 sessions.
Hourly rate is $275 CAD

ABOUT ME
My Story
As a RN with a Masters in Health Administration, entrepreneur, healthcare and education leader, professor, curriculum developer, author, mum, and caregiver, I have a pretty diverse background. I have also experienced caregiver burnout which then affected other areas of my life. This has provided me with depth of understanding and ability to view challenges from a variety of perspectives.
My approach is highly personalized, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I combine my education, experience, knowledge and skills, with a passion for innovation and change to help leaders and caregivers to achieve success, reignite their passions, and thrive.
